That’s the job description of people who work at Murphy Library’s reference desk.
OK, maybe their real job description is more complex, but when they go to work at the reference desk, they leave everything else behind and focus only on answering YOUR questions. They might look like they’re busy at the computer or they might be talking among themselves – but they’re just passing time, waiting for you to ask a question.
